Ana Lorena Orozco Alvarado
My name is Ana Lorena Orozco Alvarado, and I live in the beautiful city of Heredia, Costa Rica. Currently, I serve as a national health and environment advisor at the Ministry of Public Education of Costa Rica. My professional journey encompasses a diverse array of fields. Initially, I pursued fine arts with a focus on graphic arts. Subsequently, I delved into education and law, and eventually obtained a doctorate in sustainable development. Throughout my career, I have actively engaged in numerous projects aimed at promoting environmental awareness and sustainable development. Nature holds a special place in my heart, prompting me to partake in activities such as hiking in trails and forests. These experiences resonate deeply with our young students, fostering a connection with the environment.
