Dr. Medina is an environmental education specialist with extensive experience at both the national and international levels. His areas of proficiency include education and conservation programing, project design and management, proposal writing and review, professional development, cultural competency and inclusiveness, strategic planning, and meeting facilitation. Between 1995 and 2014, he served as Project Manager for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Environmental Education Training Program. He has facilitated professional level environmental education courses and workshops in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, China, India, and Thailand.
