CJ Goulding

Lead Organizer, Natural Leaders Network

CJ Goulding first started working outdoors through a college internship with the National Park Service Academy in the Grand Tetons, and has been passionate about connecting others ever since, leading trips and working with youth-serving organizations in Yellowstone, Seattle, and Washington DC. Currently, he is the Lead Organizer for the Natural Leaders Network, where his role is to lead training and support for over 200 diverse millenials across the country who are active in creating change and connecting their communities to nature. He recently completed a Masters of Arts in Education in Urban Environmental Education in a program that is striving to redefine "environmental education" and understand how urban communities connect to and have control over their environment.

CJ believes that genuinely connecting to people and investing in them is the first step in creating any type of change. He is passionate about leadership, connecting people, places, and ideas, whether it be through the written word, storytelling, or simply facilitating groups dynamics and interaction. He also loves reading, playing sports, photography, and the New York Knickerbockers.
